Order Fulfillment
- Orders are processed every business day at 8 AM PST. Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow 1-2 additional business days for order fulfillment and shipping.
- Fulfillment may be delayed due to the high volume of recent promotions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Policies
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day. We do not ship next day to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Expect longer shipping times during the holiday season.

How did my package ship?
- A 22-digit tracking number means it shipped via USPS. Orders with free standard shipping will ship via USPS , depending on weight and destination.
Why does my USPS tracking number state 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Delivery?
- USPS has updated their estimated transit times. This does not indicate expedited service.
Expedited Orders
- Expedited orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on weight and destination. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories will not be shipped at this time. We are working to ensure that we process this, to deliver in the future with USPS Mail.
How long will my package take to arrive?
- Standard shipping orders take approximately 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
What are business days?
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
How do I know my package has shipped?
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Why are certain products unavailable for certain addresses?
- FAA safety restrictions prevent shipping certain HAZMAT items by air. These restrictions apply to items like SPF products, hand sanitizer, and nail polish.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
- Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other conditions.
What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?
- Standard orders should arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If your package is delayed, check the carrier's site for updates. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check around your yard and with neighbors. Contact us if you still cannot locate your package.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
Inclement Weather Conditions
- Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather or natural disasters. Carriers will post delays on their websites.
Product Care
- In warm weather, natural products may show signs of separation or melting. Stir or shake contents and let them sit at room temperature to return to their original consistency.
