Draw dots along the row, leaving an even space between them. Repeat on a blank outline and compare the gaps.
Draw each thin line from one end to the other in a single motion. Repeat beside it while keeping the lines parallel.
Trace a shallow curve across the tip area of the paper outline. Repeat with a deeper curve and compare the two shapes.
Draw a small half moon near the base of the paper outline. Repeat it while keeping the curve centered.
Place five dots around an imagined center to form a flower. Repeat with smaller dots and leave space between each flower.
Shade the first box lightly and make each following box a little darker. Repeat the sequence using one colored pencil and compare the steps.
Outlines per page = rows × columns. Width = columns × nail width + (columns − 1) × gap; height = rows × nail height + (rows − 1) × gap. Nail height = 1.8 × width. S / M / L = 10 / 12 / 14 mm wide. 1 in = 25.4 mm; 1 cm = 10 mm. A4 = 210 × 297 mm; Letter = 215.9 × 279.4 mm. The layout reserves 15 mm on each side and 75 mm in total for headings, scale check and footer. Layouts that do not fit are rejected.
Choose Letter or A4 to match the sheet, print at 100% / Actual size, and measure the 10 mm square. Turn off Fit to page and browser headers and footers.
