Print at 100% / actual size in portrait, with headers and footers off. The layout reserves 0.5 in (1.27 cm) on every edge, with 0.125 in (0.3175 cm) between labels. Printer margins vary: test on plain paper and measure one label before cutting. Use plain paper or a full uncut adhesive sheet; check your printer’s media instructions.

How it’s calculated
Columns = floor((paper width − 2 × margin + gap) ÷ (label width + gap)); rows use the same formula with heights. Labels per page = columns × rows. Pages = ceiling(label count ÷ labels per page). 1 in = 2.54 cm. All calculations use inches; changing display units keeps the physical size.
Keep an item–location inventory
The CSV columns are location_code, item, notes and last_checked. The filled version puts each whole label in location_code; enter the item, notes and check date in your spreadsheet. Formula-like text gets a leading apostrophe for spreadsheet safety.

How do I print storage labels at the right size?
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper, print in portrait at 100% or actual size, and turn off headers and footers. Measure a test label on plain paper before cutting.
Can I edit the pantry labels and use them for bins?
Yes. Pick a set, then change any line. You can also type your own bin labels or shelf codes, with one label per line.
Where does my inventory data go?
This tool creates the CSV in your browser. It does not upload your labels. Download the file if you want to keep it; the page does not save your edits.
