Key features
Product description
This edition revisits the 1972 Elektra Records release, the group's second compilation and its first release after Jim Morrison's death. It introduced two B-sides on an album for the first time: Willie Dixon's “(You Need Meat) Don't Go No Further,” with Ray Manzarek singing, had originally backed the 1971 single “Love Her Madly.”
The other addition is the lovely “Who Scared You,” the B-side of “Wishful Sinful,” featuring Jim Morrison's vocals from a 1969 session. These worthwhile selections were absent from the group's earlier greatest-hits collection, 13.
