With clean hands, rub the decal using a firm plastic straight edge such as a squeegee or credit card to secure the transfer film to the design. Peel off the backing slowly and carefully; if the decal follows the backing instead of staying on the transfer film, repeat the rubbing step.
Align the decal on the desired surface, lay it down from one corner and press firmly with the card or squeegee. Once the whole decal is down, make firm strokes across it to strengthen the bond. Starting at a corner, slowly peel away the transfer film while keeping it close to the decal so it does not lift the design. If the decal starts lifting, rub that area again with the card or squeegee.
