The nipples are suitable for breast milk or formula, fit all MAM bottles and come in five flow options: 0 for extra-slow newborn flow, 1 for slow flow at 0+ months, 2 for medium flow at 2+ months, 3 for fast flow at 4+ months, and x for extra-fast flow with thicker liquids at 6+ months. These interchangeable options let the same bottle adapt from extra-slow to extra-fast feeding.
The durable bottles tolerate high heat in a sterilizer or bottle warmer, rapid cooling and dishwasher cleaning. For built-in self-sterilization, put 1.5 tablespoons / 20ml of water into the bottle, assemble it and heat it in a microwave for 3 minutes, without a separate sterilizer.
Each bottle has six parts: the body, base, top, nipple, cap and valve. After cleaning or sterilizing, set the valve into the base so that “THIS WAY UP” can be seen; avoid pushing it down directly. Instead, hold the cap by its top and use it to press the valve gently into a snug fit.
Screw the bottle body tightly into the base and check inside: the valve should sit neatly and snugly, without small snags at the joint between body and base. Fit the nipple through the top, attach it to the bottle and put on the cap; following these steps supports proper assembly without leaks.
